Congratulations, your proposal has been awarded!.....Now what?
Administration of a sponsored project is the joint responsibility of the principal investigator, the A&S Post-Award Administrator, the A&S Business Center Operations Team, and the UK Research Financial Services office (RFS).
The A&S Post-Award Administration will assist you with budget review and revisions, maintenance, issues of compliance, budget and/or project extensions and will connect you with the ASBC team that will assist you with procurement, travel arrangements and reimbursements. Also, all contractual changes such as time extensions, additional funding, scope of work change, change in PI, rebudgeting when limited by sponsor, etc. must be requested in writing through your A&S Post Award Administrator who will work in conjunction with the Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) to ensure compliance. All of these MUST be agreed to by an authorized signing official of the sponsoring agency and OSPA in order to be effected.
